my clients note that for cash receipts, Ptree premium will not use the entered journal description on the cash side, only on the revenue side. So the GL cash account says "cash receipt" -- rather not informative for a debit in the cash account; of course it should use the c/r description from the revenue description line. BTW, the "behind the scenes" journal detail should allow changes to the description on the journal. This is the most comfortable place for the accountant to make such changes. Competitive systems allow this functionality. Ptree is generally ahead of the new Msoft offering, but not here, where it matters to the accountant.
